1-to-1 Personal Training

1 hour: £55

Reach your fitness goals faster by training with me! I deliver 1-to-1 and small group personal training sessions that get you fitter, faster, leaner, and stronger. Each 1 hour session is planned with careful consideration of your interests, and designed to push you to reach your potential. 



1 hour: £65

Train with a friend, family member or your partner. This is the perfect option if you are not feeling confident enough to do a session on your own or simply prefer training in a group. Goals should be similar to achieve the most from your workout. Sharing my time and attention is also cost effective solution.


Bundle Bookings

5 hours: £240  /  10 hours: £450

These sessions are purchased as a bundle and you are free use them when you wish. There is no monthly commitment although the greater frequency with which you train, the better results you will see. Please enquire for bundle prices for group sessions.
