About You...

Do you want to improve your general health and fitness but not sure where to start? Are you looking to lose weight and build muscle but lack motivation? Or are you targeting a specific running or triathlon event?

Whatever your goal is I am here to help, I have the passion, ideas and experience to help you work towards your fitness goals.

Does your exercise routine feel like you’re stuck in a rut and you're not seeing any progress?

I can help you mix up your usual routine, challenge you in new and different ways and ensure you reach your desired goals.

My training programmes are varied, fun and challenging and will leave you feeling mentally and physically tested yet eager to come back for more.

Are you a complete beginner and the thought of stepping into a gym fills you with fear?

If so, please don’t worry. I will make you feel at ease by guiding you through the basics and teaching you the correct technique and form for each exercise. I do my PT sessions out of a fully equipped and air conditioned private studio at my house or I can come to your home; either way my sessions offer the privacy that a public gym can't.

Are you struggling to juggle childcare and exercise?

Not a problem! Babies are welcome to join while we work out - I am very used to this and happy to work the session around any interruptions!
